因业务发展需要，现我们的客户急需招聘Assistant Plant Manager，工作地点襄樊
1. Job Title:
Assistant plant manager
2. Purpose:
Manage The company Xiangfan site to operate with high effectiveness, safety and team-working to best support The company’s business in that area.
3. Location:
Xiangfan, Hubei
4. Department:
Coating & Binder Cell
7. Reporting To
Cell manager – Coating & Binder
9. Dimensions of Position:
Number of subordinate: 30
Budget: 50 Million RMB per year
Turnout: 7000 Ton
10. Key Accountabilities:
• Oversee the safe operation to comply with The company's requirement；
• Ensure that distribution service within his responsibility is maintained at a desired level, ensure that the purchasing of raw materials is maintained at a competitive level to the benefit of The company；
• Check the Expense Request and submit to Cell manager for approval；
• Take charge of Management plan at Xiangfan site；
• To ensure that Company quality system and safety standard are Implemented and maintained in all areas of the site；
• Liaise with local authorities and government agencies to ensure the site complies with all relevant regulations；
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement plan to reduce manufacturing cost ,improve quality and OTIF；
• Any other task which may be assigned from time-to-time by the Supply chain head or Coating&Binder Cell manager.

13. Qualifications:
• BS degree, major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering. Academic training in business management is beneficial
• Proficient with personal computer software (ie. Power point, Excel, Word), especially good at Excel
14. Experience:
• 10+years experience in manufacturing with 5+ in manufacturing management (preferably in specialty chemical or chemical factory)；
15. Knowledge:
• Understand safety and environmental regulations and standards；
• Fundamental understanding of what drives human behavior. Good Facilitation skills；
• Process Knowledge - Understands how to analyze manufacturing processes toward optimization;
• Good listening and written command of English, can communicate verbally in English
16. Skills & Behaviour
• Effective communicator；
• Ability to work with and gain respect of superiors, peers, and subordinates；
• Self-motivated and develops/encourages same quality in others；
• Capable of making and enacting difficult decisions
该职位管理整个工厂运作，相当于厂长，汇报给公司中国区总部的工厂厂长，管理整个工厂运营和30多名下属的工作
